Wilson's Sporting Camps (Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada)
Wilson's Sporting Camps has been a family run lodge for five generations. Situated on a prime piece of the Main Southwest Miramichi River in New Brunswick, Canada, the property offers the largest contiguous stretch of Atlantic Salmon water available on the Miramichi. Wilsons owns in fee simple and has riparian rights for - five miles of pristine river with 16 productive pools. Currently being managed by Keith and Bonnie Wilson, the company has recently completed an infrastructure upgrade program, building a beautiful new lodge and relocating lodging facilities closer to the river. Over the long-term the family's desire is to either see the operation go private through a club format or to achieve an outright sale to a buyer who will retain the historic character of the property. With Atlantic salmon numbers benefiting from conservation efforts over the last several years, the time may be right to acquire one of these scarce resources. Please take a look at Keith's property and outfitting business at the company's website www.wilsonscamps.nb.ca. Keith would entertain serious offers in the C$3 million range for all of the property, buildings and the guiding/accommodation business.
